Therapy Services
I provide 1:1 therapy sessions that can range from 45-60 minutes. These sessions can help you to develop a better understanding of your mental health, develop clarity, and work through some of challenges you’re experiencing. These sessions are meant to empower you and support you to better understand your needs.
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions focus of developing and creating tangible change. Coaching sessions will support you to increase mastery of skills you already have or learn new skills to support you align with your values. These sessions will focus on supporting you to feel more confident when engaging in difficult or uncomfortable situations.
