How do I know which treatment would be appropriate for me?
If you’ve never been in therapy and are having difficulty to understand how you are feeling, experiencing new or unknown symptoms, or have untreated trauma you may want to start with therapy.
If you consider yourself someone who is emotionally and physically aware of themselves, experiencing a sense of general stability but having difficulty to make changes you may want to consider coaching.
Coaching and therapy can go hand and hand. Therapy sessions can focus on developing the clarity you need to better understand yourself, coaching session can then focus on developing the skills you need to implement that change.

Individual Therapy Session Supporter Rate (60min) - $200
Individual Therapy Session (60min) - $175
Sliding Scale (Therapy) - $80 - $175
Coaching 45 minute session - $130
Coaching 30 minute session - $90
*One goal at JG Therapy and Coaching Services is to make treatment more accessible to marginalized communities, so we offer a sliding scale option. We do not ask for proof of income, we only ask you pay the highest rate you can afford so that we can continue to provide treatment to a diverse range of folk in a sustainable way.
